The evoke studies are evaluating an investigational oral medicine for adults with mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer’s disease. You or a loved one may be able to participate in the evoke studies if:

  • You may have early Alzheimer’s disease (you may not know if you have early Alzheimer’s disease)
  • You are between 55 and 85 years old
  • You have a study partner (a next of kin or someone you have a close relationship with), who is willing to take part in the studies and share information about you

If you are interested in participating, the study doctor or staff will review additional studies criteria with you.

You will be one of over 1,840 participants globally on this 3-year journey and will receive regular clinic visits, health checks, and medical testing. You will get access to expert guidance and facilities during the studies.

If eligible, participation can last up to 173 weeks (a little over 3 years), which includes 18 visits to the study center.

The investigational medicine, which in the form of an oral tablet, is like a naturally occurring hormone that regulates many processes in the body (including in the brain). The evoke studies are evaluating its effect in adults with early Alzheimer’s disease.

Do not discontinue any medicine unless you are advised to do so by the study center staff or your primary care provider.

There is no cost to you for participating in the studies.

Clinical research studies are designed in specific ways, and one or more of the answers that you provided were outside of the guidelines for this study. This does not mean you will not qualify for different clinical research studies.
